WIP Wednesday #401 @TN&TN

I don't know about you but I find summer such a productive time for sewing. Maybe it's the longer days? More light? Less scheduled life? Whatever it is, I'll take it! If you need me, I'll be at my machine.

This week my biggest productive sewing task was sewing a couple of years worth of Girl Guide crests to a camp blanket for my oldest. I'll link it up so you can see it!

If you are Canadian, please share what you're working on this week...we would love to see it. The link-up is open from noon Tuesday (Pacific time) until noon Thursday (Pacific time).

Do you know that you don't have to have a blog to link up? You can use a picture from your Flickr or Instagram accounts. There's a how-to at each of the links above. Edited to add: your Instagram account has to be public for others to see your work! Thanks Kate for flagging that for us.

Please include our button or the URL (http://needleandthreadnetwork.blogspot.ca/) into YOUR post so we can continue spreading the word about our artists' collective.

Thanks for linking up, and have a great week!

You are invited to the Inlinkz link party!

  1. Please note: to @thecraftyquilter and others...some of us aren't on Instagram, so I hope you check back here. I love the 'Disappearing 9-patch" pattern and thought yours was fresh and crisp. That said, a photo is just a photo. No info on thoughts, process, inspiration. Blog posts are used for stories. Instagram? Photos but...

I would appreciate more info. I guess I remain a die-hard blog follower!

    1. Margaret I've let Ioleen know you had a comment for her. I hope she checks back here.

As for you and IG, I've only had a smart phone for a couple of years. Before that I created an IG account on my desktop computer so that I could look and comment on photos, even though I couldn't post anything.
