Time to Move On

Hi friends!

It's Nicole here, your somewhat anonymous host of the weekly link up.

My last post as host will be March 30, 2021. That will be link up #489, and my 210th! I would love to see this continue under new guidance.

Is it time for you to be the host of The Needle and Thread Network?

I've been hosting this weekly site since March 2017 after taking over from Laurel, of Laurel's Stitches

She took it over in June 2015 from our founder Monika, of My Sweet Prairie.  Monika created it August 11, 2011. Click here to see the first link up!

Wow – think for just a moment how much blogging has changed in the past nine and a half years. Think how many changes the world has seen as well!

What's stayed the same is the fabric, thread, and our desire to create.

Is it time for you to be the host of The Needle and Thread Network?

Who wants to be the next host? You are all capable of hosting this wonderfully creative collective. The learning curve for using the link-up tool is nothing more difficult than that of the blogging tool that you are currently using. I have used both Blogger and WordPress and although they are different, the basic concept is the same. The linkup I use has a small monthly cost of $2.99US; I'm not sure if there are other linking programs.

If you have any questions or if you are ready to jump right in, please let me know by sending me an email at handwroughtquilts(at)gmail(dot)com.

Thank you to everyone who has shared their work in progress and finishes during my time here.

Cheers,
Nicole
